Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County is proud to have partnered with local builder Park Square Homes for more than a decade.

In that time, Park Square Homes and its subcontractors and vendors have donated the materials, supplies and labor to build 12 homes as part of the nonprofit’s annual Builders Blitz event. Soon they’ll make that lucky number 13, as Park Square Homes has committed to build another home as part of our 2027 Builders Blitz, which will celebrate Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s 40th anniversary.

“Park Square Homes is proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County once again through Builders Blitz,” said Suresh Gupta, Co-CEO of Park Square Homes. “For more than a decade, this effort has allowed us to help provide hardworking families with the opportunity to achieve affordable homeownership. These homes represent stability, hope, and a stronger future, and we are honored to support Habitat’s mission of building strength and self-reliance through shelter.”

Suresh Gupta, co-CEO of Park Square Homes.

Gupta said every year his employees and subcontractors look forward to the Blitz build. He said playing a role in a family’s journey to homeownership makes the coordination that it takes to build a home in a matter of weeks more than worth the effort.

“We’ve enjoyed every year doing it,” said Gupta, who also served on Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s Board of Directors for several years. “We’re really proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish.”

Not only is Gupta’s team all-in on the project every year, but their subcontractors and vendors also donate their time and materials to make the build happen.

Gupta encourages other builders to partner with Habitat Orlando & Osceola to give back to the community. “It’s very rewarding,” he said. “The reward is in giving without expecting anything back.”
