We offer two types of counseling: Housing Counseling (for those who want to buy a home or maintain their existing home) and Financial Counseling (for those who want to take control of their finances).
Housing Counseling
We provide free one-on-one housing counseling sessions to help you purchase a home, prevent foreclosure, or maintain your existing home. Please note: a credit report fee applies to clients looking to purchase a home.
We are a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, and this service is available to the public. You do not have to be a Habitat homeowner to participate.
Financial Counseling
The Orange County Financial Empowerment Center is a public service that is available to anyone who lives or works in Orange County, Florida. Counselors can help you build financial stability by giving you the resources to budget and save, pay down debt, and boost your credit scores—at no cost.
