Regina Melecio
Director of Counseling
With over 15 years of experience in social services, Regina is a certified HUD Housing Counselor with a strong background in financial counseling and community support. She leads counseling programs with a focus on compliance, compassion, and meaningful impact—ensuring individuals and families receive the guidance they need to achieve lasting financial stability and secure, stable housing. Regina is deeply committed to housing equity, financial empowerment, and creating opportunities that strengthen and uplift communities. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every initiative, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions and build a more secure future.

Angel Gonzalez
Certified Housing Counselor
Angel Gonzalez is a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor with over 15 years of experience in housing counseling, financial management, and client advocacy. Recognized for his dedication to empowering individuals and families, Angel has successfully guided thousands of clients through the complexities of homeownership, foreclosure prevention, and financial recovery. He specializes in delivering comprehensive pre- and post-purchase counseling, conducting First-Time Homebuyer Workshops in both English and Spanish, and creating personalized action plans that foster long-term financial stability. Angel consistently ensures compliance with HUD regulations and organizational standards, while maintaining a strong commitment to compassionate, client-focused service.

Waleska Quintero
Certified Housing Counselor
Waleska Quintero is a bilingual housing counselor with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, helping individuals and families achieve their financial and housing goals. She currently serves at Habitat for Humanity of Orlando and Osceola County, providing counseling in English and Spanish, leading first-time homebuyer workshops, and ensuring compliance with HUD standards. She is certified by HUD, NFCC, and holds credentials from NeighborWorks America in foreclosure intervention and homeownership education. In her free time, Waleska enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and gardening.

Client Intake Coordinator
Melanie Bean-Leggio is a passionate and service-driven professional with over a decade of experience in customer service, leadership, and community support. Known for her ability to connect with people, she leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Melanie thrives in roles that allow her to guide individuals, solve problems, and build lasting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, exploring Disney, hiking, and spending time with friends and family—not necessarily in that order! She is committed to creating positive experiences and meaningful impact in both her professional and personal life.
