We provide free one-on-one housing counseling and guidance to Central Floridians who want to purchase a home (a small fee for a credit report may apply) or prevent foreclosure and maintain their existing home. We are a HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
Our free 8-hour Certified First-time Homebuyer Workshop, offered monthly in both English and Spanish, can help you become homebuyer ready and qualify for certain down payment assistance.

How To Get Started With Housing Counseling
Step 1: Sign Up
Click “Sign Up” and check your email for your intake packet.
Step 2: Complete Intake Packet
Complete the intake packet and submit the required documents.

Step 3: Make An Appointment
After you submit your information, we’ll reach out to book your counseling appointment.
Step 4: Attend Your First Counseling Session
Sit down with one of our HUD-certified housing counselors to make a plan. You’re on your way to achieving your housing goals!
