During this annual event, generous local builders donate the time, labor, and materials to build Habitat homes in a matter of weeks that are sold with an affordable mortgage to local families.

We partnered with Park Square Homes and PCL Construction to build two affordable homes, for two local families in a matter of weeks.
This was the 11th Habitat home that local builder Park Square Homes, its subcontractors, and vendors donated the materials, supplies, and labor to build as part of the annual Builders Blitz event. PCL Construction marks its 4th Habitat home donation and over two decades as a Habitat Orlando & Osceola supporter.
Home Dedication
Builders Blitz 2025 wrapped up on Feb. 7 with a heartwarming key ceremony, where Park Square Homes & PCL handed over the keys to our newest homeowners. It was a celebration of hard work, hope, and community as both the builders and homeowners shared what this incredible journey meant to them.
From the first nail to the final key, this event was truly one for the books in Kissimmee—a testament to what’s possible when compassion and craftsmanship come together.

Meet Our 2025 Homeowners
Quarlisa
Quarlisa says homeownership will bring security and a better future.
Determined to change her family’s cramped living conditions, Quarlisa, who works at a local jail, embarked on a journey toward homeownership with Habitat Orlando & Osceola.
She will purchase the home that Park Square Homes and their dedicated partners built during Builders Blitz 2025 and have an affordable mortgage — giving her family the space and stability to thrive.
“My vision for the future is to enjoy the rest of my life watching my children really grow and be happy with what they accomplish. This home will help me create it,” she said.
Tannique
Tannique builds stability through homeownership for herself and her family.
Tannique—a call center leader, military reservist, and cybersecurity student—is about to achieve her lifelong dream of homeownership! Thanks to PCL Construction and Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s Builders Blitz 2025, she will soon have a stable, affordable place to call home.
Her journey has been one of resilience and determination—from being the first in her family to graduate college to overcoming homelessness. Now, she looks forward to providing a stable future for her toddler son and mother.
