We know home repairs and insurance can be expensive and sometimes out of reach for homeowners. That’s why we offer programs to help you gain home maintenance knowledge and obtain free or low-cost home maintenance options to help you lower insurance costs and stay in your affordable homes.
Repairs
We provide roof replacements at no cost to qualified homeowners.
Orange County Roof Replacement
We replace roofs through our Home Preservation program. Our FREE services could help you enhance your home’s safety. See eligibility requirements and further details by clicking the button below.
Education
We offer free one-on-one counseling services as well as group classes to empower current and aspiring homeowners with the tools they need to maintain their homes.

Housing Counseling
We provide free one-on-one housing counseling and guidance to help you prevent foreclosure and maintain and improve your existing home. We can pair you up with one of our certified housing counselors who can review your file, help identify services you may qualify for (Habitat and non-Habitat), and guide you through program applications. It’s a FREE service. Let’s work together to keep you informed, prepared, and moving forward on your home preservation journey!
Classes
We offer free educational classes on home maintenance, disaster preparedness, and home insurance to help homeowners feel empowered to increase the resiliency of their homes. You don’t have to be a Habitat homeowner to attend!
