What is AdventHealth’s mission when it comes to philanthropy? How does working with Habitat Orlando & Osceola help further that mission?
AdventHealth is committed to improving the health, prosperity and well-being of the communities we serve. We are able to partner with Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County through our Care Crew volunteer program, which empowers team members to live our mission outside the walls of our hospitals to make a difference in the lives of individuals in the communities we serve.
We’ve love hosting volunteers from our corporate community. What benefits do you hope your team will experience working on a Habitat home?
We hope that every team member that serves is inspired by the mission and continues to serve.
What would you say to other organizations that are considering donating, volunteering, or partnering with Habitat Orlando & Osceola?
The volunteer experience is positive, organized, and impactful. It is an experience our team members seek out again and again because they are welcomed with open arms and are directly seeing the impact of their service.
