Stars & Stripes: A Veterans Day Build 2022

Please note: We’ve postponed these build days due to Tropical Storm Nicole. We hope to be able to reschedule and honor our veterans when it is safe to do so.

Habitat Orlando & Osceola will honor military veterans with special build days in 2022.

In America, there are nearly 4 million veterans who spend at least 30% of their income on their rent or mortgage, and 1.5 million who spend at least 50%. We work with veterans and other individuals to secure affordable housing so that they have a safe place to call home without spending over half of their income each month.

We’re excited to welcome and honor veterans from local businesses to our construction site during our Stars & Stripes: A Veterans Day Build in November 2022!
