Habitat Orlando & Osceola is building homes in the Orange County neighborhood of Holden Heights, located just minutes from SODO and downtown Orlando. The community features three and four-bedroom homes that offer two bathrooms and an outdoor storage closet.
Applicants interested in Holden Heights need a minimum monthly income of $3,700-3,900 to qualify for these homes.
Future homeowners can choose from several floorplans for three- and four-bedroom homes.
Parramore
Habitat Orlando & Osceola is building homes in the Orange County neighborhood of Parramore, located just minutes from downtown Orlando, I-4 and the 408. The community features three and four-bedroom homes that offer two bathrooms and an outdoor storage closet.
Applicants interested in Parramore need a minimum monthly income of $3,700-3,900 to qualify for these homes.
Future homeowners can choose from several floorplans for three- and four-bedroom homes.

Silver Pines Pointe
Silver Pines Pointe is Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s fifth planned community and is in the Pine Hills neighborhood, a central location to Greater Orlando. The community features three and four-bedroom homes that offer two bathrooms and a garage. The last of 58 homes was completed in Spring 2024.

Juniper Bend, in south Apopka, is our fourth community, featuring 10 homes in a small neighborhood near Arbor Bend. The project is a unique public/private partnership among Habitat Orlando & Osceola, Orange County government, and Homes in Partnership, Inc.

Arbor Bend, in South Apopka, is Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County’s third community, featuring 34 homes. The project is a unique public/private partnership among Habitat Orlando & Osceola, Orange County government, and Homes in Partnership, Inc.

Butler’s Preserve
Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s second community in Orlando, Butler’s Preserve, is named after Mable Butler, a stalwart affordable housing advocate and former District 6 Orange County Commissioner. The neighborhood features 59 single-family homes that are Florida Green Building Coalition Certified and Water Star® rated.
Stag Horn Villas
Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s first owner-managed condominium association community, Stag Horn Villas, features 58 single-family condominium homes. Each townhome has a multitude of energy-efficient features and is Energy Star® rated. The model home received Gold designation from the Florida Green Builder’s Coalition. Many of the “green” features were made possible by partnerships with OUC – The Reliable One and Siemens.
