Counseling Credit Inquiry

Please read the instructions below carefully before selecting and paying for your credit report.

Thank you for completing the intake process to meet with a certified Housing Counselor! To continue the process, a Housing Counselor will pull a soft credit report to complete a financial assessment of your personal housing needs. Don’t worry—a soft inquiry won’t impact your credit score and won’t appear as a hard inquiry on your credit report.

Please note: This is a recommendation to move forward with one-on-one Pre-Purchase and Rental Counseling. This is NOT part of Habitat Orlando & Osceola’s Homeownerhsip Application.
