How it works

Our professional financial counselors are here to help you navigate financial challenges and reach your financial goals. Whether you’re looking to create a budget, set savings goals, improve your credit, reduce debt, or work toward another financial milestone, our counselors offer free, one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs. 

Appointments are available in person or virtually at conveniently located community centers throughout Orange County.

Beyra Pavon-Molina

Program Manager

With over 15 years of experience, Beyra is a bilingual financial professional with a background in operational finance, branch management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. She is passionate about community engagement, fostering positive relationships, driving impactful initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service. She is also committed to empowering and helping individuals achieve long lasting financial stability.

Ralph Jean-Paul

Financial Counselor

With over 12 years of experience working in banking, personal finance, and investing, Ralph has helped many clients reach their savings, credit, and other financial goals. He now seeks to impact the community through financial counseling to empower people to take charge of their finances and to improve their financial well-being. In his free time, Ralph enjoys being active, reading, learning new things, and spending time with friends and family.

James Crim III

Financial Counselor

With over a decade of experience in financial counseling and the real estate sectors, James Crim is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their financial and homeownership goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Economics from Manhattanville College, highlighting his commitment to making a positive impact in the community. When he’s not working to empower his clients, James is a devoted father to two young boys and an avid traveler who has explored over 30 countries.

Alice Rubin De Celis

Financial Counselor

With 10 years of experience as a Financial Counselor and Data Specialist, Alice brings a strong background in helping individuals achieve financial stability. She is passionate about serving the community and empowering families to reach their financial wellness goals. In her spare time, Alice enjoys spending time with her family and listening to inspiring podcasts.
