What is CCTCP?
The Community Contribution Tax Credit Program (CCTCP) is a State of Florida initiative that empowers businesses to strengthen communities by supporting affordable housing. Since 1980, CCTCP has helped reduce poverty, promote economic opportunity, and create sustainable pathways to homeownership by leveraging private sector participation.

How It Works
Florida-based businesses that collect and remit state sales and use taxes can make contributions that go directly to constructing homes, and the businesses may receive a refund against sales tax paid to the state – up to $200,000.
Full Home Sponsorship: Contribute 50% of a home’s appraised value (excluding land) and receive a full refund through state-issued tax credits.
Cash Donation Options: Start at $10,000 and still receive a 50% refund through the program.
Sponsors participate in volunteer build days, creating meaningful team experiences and stronger community ties.
